Yes. Every subscription includes the gateway Docker container, license key, and access to the OFFIN cloud platform. No separate licensing fee.
A user is anyone with a login account on the gateway dashboard — clinicians, technicians, and administrators. ECG devices don't count as users.
Nothing. The gateway processes ECG files, stores them locally, and serves the clinical dashboard entirely from your hospital LAN. Records queue for cloud sync and upload automatically when connectivity restores.
We currently support bank transfer and purchase order payment — the most common methods for institutional procurement in Ghana and West Africa. Card payments will be available via Stripe soon. Contact us to arrange billing in GHS.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Data retention is adjusted according to the new plan — records outside the new retention window are archived, not deleted, for 30 days.
Yes — 14-day free trial on the Professional plan, no credit card required. After the trial, choose a plan or your gateway continues in read-only mode (no new sync) until you subscribe.
