Open Positions
Own the cloud platform backend — API design, database architecture, multi-tenant security, and gateway sync protocols. You will be the second backend engineer.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for the cloud platform
- Build and maintain multi-tenant PostgreSQL data models
- Implement gateway sync, license validation, and plan enforcement
- Design the HL7 routing and FHIR R4 transformation layer
- Write tests (unit, integration, e2e) and maintain CI/CD pipeline
- 4+ years Node.js or similar backend experience
- PostgreSQL and Sequelize (or equivalent ORM) experience
- Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture
- Familiarity with healthcare data formats is a plus
- Strong written English for technical documentation
Bridge clinical cardiology practice and software product development. Help us ensure ECG:Connect reflects real ward conditions and meets clinical standards.
- Review and validate AI interpretation rule engine outputs
- Define normal / abnormal threshold values for ECG measurements
- Evaluate DICOM and HL7 message compliance against clinical standards
- Write clinical validation documentation for regulatory purposes
- Participate in product design reviews and user testing with clinicians
- Medical background — cardiology, internal medicine, or clinical informatics
- Familiarity with ECG interpretation and standard measurements
- Experience with HMIS systems (DHIMS2, Epic, or similar) preferred
- Based in Ghana or willing to travel for site visits
