The gateway sits inside your hospital network. Devices export files automatically. Clinicians get results on screen within seconds — and your HMIS receives the data via HL7. No cloud dependency required for day-to-day operation.

Files are parsed in real-time — XML, PDF, and DICOM all handled. Patient records are matched by MRN automatically. New patients are created if no match is found. Duplicate files are detected by SHA-256 hash and skipped.
